Already the regular season champs, the Eagles had a chance to add some icing to the cake with a come-back win over Lipscomb (in two regards, coming back from last game's loss, and because they were about 14 points behind near the end). It was not to be; they pulled within three with some incredible pressure on the back court, a few steals, but could not get the last three points they needed to put it in overtime.
