First soccer for me in a long time, and beautiful night in the wake of Fred moving through. By the photographer's soccer metric (how much time you spend shooting in which half of the field), this was not a stellar night for FGCU -- Eckerd spent a LOT of time at their end of the field, though it got much better by the third period (3 x 30m periods). The 3 to 1 score certainly favored FGCU though, and by the end the Eagles' ball handling had improved and the ball spent time in each half more evenly.
